Psychosomatic Issues

The term psyche is mind and soma is body. The issue which raise in the body due to mental condition is called Psychosomatic Issue. It is believed that some physical conditions are more vulnerable to being worsened by mental conditions like stress and worry. How bad a physical illness is at any particular time depends on your emotional condition.

A prolonged sense of sadness and loss of interest are symptoms of depression, a mood illness. Clinical depression, also known as major depressive disorder, affects how you feel, think, and behave and can cause a number of emotional and physical issues. In some  cases depression also leads to overweight and obese physical condition.

People frequently experience guilt after doing something wrong, whether on purpose or by accident. Usually, a person’s moral code is related to their sense of guilt.

Guilt isn’t always a negative thing. Even when it is, it can be beneficial. After committing a mistake, feeling horrible might inspire change, such as an apology or a resolve to make different decisions in the future.

But guilt can occasionally be harmful. It may result in unpleasant bodily symptoms as well as self-doubt, low self-esteem, and humiliation. These emotions might be challenging to get rid of, particularly if you have ongoing guilt. But it is feasible, particularly with assistance.

Low Self Esteem

Your perception of yourself is a measure of your self-esteem. When your self-esteem is strong, you are more likely to have optimistic thoughts about both your own life and the world around you.

Low self-esteem is the absence of high regard for oneself. You might experience shyness or anxiety around other people, believe that you are incompetent, or harshly judge yourself if you have poor self-esteem. While some persons with poor self-esteem are aware that they judge themselves too harshly, others cling to their unfavourable opinions so tenaciously that they can appear to be true. Many people struggle with low self-esteem, which can increase your risk of developing other mental health issues

Anger Managment

The aim of anger management is to lessen both your emotional feelings and the physiological arousal that anger creates. Anger management is a psychotherapeutic approach for controlling and preventing anger. You cannot change, ignore, or get rid of the things or people who irritate you, but you can learn to control your reactions.

Inferiority Complex

Everybody occasionally worries about their skills. Even though it’s upsetting, it’s common to wonder if we’re doing enough or to feel briefly inadequate for things like performing poorly at work, falling short of our coworkers’ standards, or not yet being in the same place in life as our friends.

A frequent emotion that almost everyone may encounter at some point is insecurity, which can have several causes. It typically shows up as a lack of assurance, worry, and doubt.

It relates to a general feeling of doubt or fear about your value, talents, skills, and worth as a person, sending the signal that you’re in danger or at risk of something or someone. Insecurity can have a harmful effect on one’s body, mind, or emotions. Without security, it is impossible to fully trust others or perform at your best.

Concentration difficulty is a decreased ability to focus your thoughts on something. Concentration difficulties can be related to difficulty staying awake, impulsiveness, intrusive thoughts or concerns, overactivity, or inattention. They can be caused by physical, cognitive or psychological difficulties or may be related to sleep disorders or medications, alcohol or drugs.

This can also be brought on by specific lifestyle choices like excessive use of stimulants like TV and mobile devices, continuously poor sleep, emotional weariness, and more.

A frequent sleep problem known as insomnia is characterised by difficulties falling asleep, staying asleep, and waking up at inappropriate times.

Acute insomnia might continue for a few weeks or just one night. Chronic insomnia is defined as occurring at least three nights per week for three months or longer.

Stress associated to significant life events, such as a job loss or change, the death of a loved one, divorce, or moving, might contribute to this. Jet lag, a new shift at work, bad habits you developed when you had prior sleep issues, among other things, might cause changes to your sleep routine. When you notice problems with your sleeping pattern, it will be wise to contact.

Relationship Issue

Even the healthiest of relationships occasionally experience issues. Your in-laws are driving you crazy, you’re both exhausted from work, or the kids are having issues at school.

Expectations in a relationship are frequently the source of two types of issues: unreasonable expectations and unclear expectations. This occurs not only in marriages but also in other relationships, such as those between parents and children.

In addition to severing relationships, this can inflict excruciating suffering, which can result in a variety of emotional and psychological problems. Relationship problems can also be brought on by insufficient time spent together, poor communication, and criticism of the other party.

It is always preferable to take action when you sense the beginning of such an incident

Goal Accomplishment

Goal attainment challenges are highly individualised. It should go without saying that in order to pursue large ambitions, you must step outside of your comfort zone. In really, what terrifies you about that place is your fear of the unknown. Some people experience shame, frustration, loss of face, loss of respect, disappointment, and reinforcement of an existing low self-esteem when they fail to reach a significant goal. These negative emotions can then cascade into additional psychological problems.

Past Life Regression

Past life regression is based on the assumption or model of reincarnation. Such a model is considered a religious or metaphysical belief. As with all such beliefs, it is not the therapist’s job to prove or disprove such beliefs, but rather to assist the client in exploring and discovering their own beliefs about the existence of past life experiences, and then to help such experiences create therapeutic movement within themselves.

Stress is a typical bodily response to change that causes physical, emotional, and cognitive reactions.

Everyone experiences stress, which is a typical human reaction. The human body is actually built such that it can experience stress and respond to it. Your body responds physically and psychologically to changes or challenges (stressors). That is anxiety.

Stress cannot be measured objectively with testing. Its presence and intensity are only discernible to the individual who is experiencing them. Understanding typical stress symptoms might help you manage them. Unmanaged stress can be a factor in a number of health issues, including high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity, and diabetes.

Fear’s & Phobia’s

A phobia is a form of anxiety condition that makes a person feel intense, unreasonable fear of a circumstance, a living being, a location, or an object. A phobia is an illogical, extreme dread.

The word “phobia” is frequently used to describe a phobia of a certain trigger.

The majority of phobias start in early childhood, teenage, or early adulthood.

They can be brought on by a traumatic incident, a terrifying event, or a parent or family member who has a phobia that a child can “learn.”

Anxiety or Nervousness

It’s common to have anxiousness occasionally. But strong, excessive, and persistent worry and panic about regular circumstances are common in people with anxiety disorders. A common feature of anxiety disorders is the recurrence of sudden, acute feelings of fear or terror that peak in a matter of minutes (panic attacks), excessive sweating in some cases.

When your fear, worry, or anxiety is upsetting to you and difficult to control, when it feels like you are worrying too much and it is interfering with your career, relationships, or other aspects of your life, it is a good time to consult.

Bad Habits

There are several warning signs to watch out for that indicate your bad habit has evolved into something more, even if it’s totally natural to have some negative behaviours. Smoking and alcohol, though not always, can be just as dangerous to one’s mental health as perfectionism if it is not controlled. Working nonstop or obsessively thinking about your eating patterns may point to a deeper psychological issue.and also the acute need of being on top of the trend in some cases.

What happens when your bad habits progress to something more? How can you tell if the symptoms you’re experiencing could point to a mental illness?

How Do I Know if Therapy is Right for Me?

Trikona Bindu is based on the concept of the uncluttered integration of Mind, Body and Soul.

This refers to the idea that physical, mental, and spiritual health all contribute to overall wellness. We must take into consideration all three facets of our nature in order to be “healthy.”

We are all more than simply our thoughts, and our thoughts and energy is created by our own belief system which we have been cultivating since our birth to the very moment of existence and this  is the basic idea behind the mind-body-soul link. We as, body , thoughts and emotions, and life energy all work together to define who we are, determine our health, and give us identity.
